Because of its expertise in the field of L&D, the Funding Widget has long-standing relationships with organizations and vocational training centers similar to your own.

We concentrate on specific methods and tools such as e-learning and coaching, as well as the incorporation of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).

We conduct Training and Needs Analysis (TNA) for all of our activities, design training programmes based on the European Qualification Framework (EQF),  create instructional materials, deliver training programs, and evaluate the outcomes both in the short- and long-term. All the training programmes we design can be submitted for funding to the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA), or other relevant body in the EU countries.
