We concentrate on adult education since European data show that around one-fifth of adults aged 25-64 in the European Union have not completed upper secondary education and are therefore less likely to participate in education and training than individuals who have higher academic levels of proficiency.
Furthermore, many European adults have inadequate levels of literacy, numeracy, or digital skills.
Our priority is to build inclusive pathways to skills and competences.
